  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Cilantro (optional), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all vegetables: halve cherry tomatoes, dice cucumber, and thinly slice red onion.
  2. Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and dice.
  3. In a large bowl, combine diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion gently to avoid mashing the avocados.
  4. Drizzle lime juice over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
