  • 4 cups fresh spinach (washed)
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients and rinse spinach under cold water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the remaining oil for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add spinach gradually, stirring continuously until wilted (2-3 minutes).
  5. Return cooked chicken to the skillet, add lemon juice, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Top with grated parmesan cheese before serving.
