  • 2 cups medium egg noodles (uncooked)
  • 1 can (12 oz) solid white albacore tuna (drained)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup (low-sodium)
  • 1 cup milk (whole or almond)
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix drained tuna, cooked noodles, cream of mushroom soup, milk, frozen peas, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the cheese.
  4. Transfer mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with breadcrumbs and remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
