  • 2 celery stalks, diced

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup heavy cream (optional)

Instructions
