Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz fettuccine noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Add fettuccine and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sauté until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour in heavy cream and stir in grated Parmesan until melted and creamy.
  4. Slice chicken into strips and add back to the sauce along with the cooked fettuccine. Toss gently to coat, adjusting seasoning with more black pepper if desired.
  5. Plate the dish garnished with chopped parsley for an elegant touch.
