  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, another with beaten eggs, and the third with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the breaded cutlets on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and are golden brown.
  5. Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
