  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place each chicken breast between plastic wrap and pound until about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Lay out flattened breasts; top with ham and Swiss cheese. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
  4. Set up a breading station: flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, panko breadcrumbs in a third. Dredge rolls in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
