  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Wash and core the apples, then slice thinly (about 1/8 inch thick) using a sharp knife or mandoline.
  3. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar (if using). Lightly sprinkle this mixture over both sides of each apple slice.
  4. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and arrange apple slices in a single layer without overlapping.
  5. Bake for 1-2 hours, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Allow chips to cool completely on wire racks before storing in an airtight container.
