Instructions

  3. Add sliced onions to the brine mixture and simmer for about 5 minutes until onions soften slightly.
  4. Pour the hot brine over cucumbers in a large bowl or jar, ensuring they are fully submerged. Let cool at room temperature before sealing in airtight jars.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before tasting for optimal flavor.
