1 large onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Instructions
Rinse collard greens thoroughly under cool water to remove dirt. Pat dry and chop into bite-sized pieces.
