  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (canola or peanut)
  • 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Soak wide rice noodles in hot water for about 30 minutes until softened; drain well.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken thighs and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
