  • 12 oz cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a saucepan, heat olive oil and simmer marinara sauce for about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix ricotta with salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan.
  4. 4. In a baking dish, layer marinara sauce, ravioli, and ricotta mixture. Repeat until ingredients are used up.
  5. 5. Top with mozzarella and bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  6. 6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
