  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 limes (juiced)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry. Finely chop cabbage and slice avocado.
  2. Toss shrimp with lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté shrimp until pink (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. In another pan, warm tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side.
