  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-seasoned)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (for simmering)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Using wet hands, scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Add meatballs without overcrowding the pan.
  4. Sear each side for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Once browned, pour marinara sauce over the meatballs and reduce heat to simmer for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked.
