  • 8 rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp or grilled chicken (or tofu for a vegetarian option)
  • 1 cup mixed fresh vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers)
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by clearing the counter and gathering all ingredients.
  2. Soak one rice paper wrapper in warm water for about 10 seconds until soft but not soggy.
