  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms (white button or cremini)

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a deep skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms; cook until fragrant (3-4 minutes).
  4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth; simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Combine cooked pasta and frozen peas with the sauce; heat through for a few minutes.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top just before serving.
