  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot; add salt and cook cheese tortellini according to package instructions until they float (about 3–5 minutes). Drain.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
