  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder (unflavored)
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over cold water in a small bowl; let sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
