  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour in heavy cream and stir until slightly thickened.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
  5. Return the shrimp to the skillet with drained spaghetti; toss until well coated in sauce.
