  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder to the wet mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in dark chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean but slightly moist.
