  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring gently until combined.
  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown but centers remain slightly soft. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
