1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
Beat in eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring gently until combined.
