  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 cups diced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
