  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken breasts for about 7-8 minutes per side until no longer pink. Shred the chicken with two forks.
  3. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese evenly throughout the mixture.
