  • 23 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook diced chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Let cool.
  3. In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  4. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface; cut into squares or rectangles. Place a tablespoon of filling in each square.
  5. Fold and seal edges with a fork.
  6. Brush with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
