  • 2 cups chocolate cake crumbs (from a baked 9-inch round cake)
  • 1 cup frosting (buttercream or cream cheese)
  • 1 cup chocolate melts (high-quality)
  • ½ cup colorful sprinkles or toppings
  • 10 lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Bake your favorite chocolate cake according to package instructions. Allow it to cool completely before crumbling.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake crumbs with frosting until dough-like.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the cake pops in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  6. Dip each lollipop stick in melted chocolate then insert halfway into each pop.
  7. Coat each ball in melted chocolate, add sprinkles or toppings, and let set on parchment paper.
