  • 1 cup crushed Oreos (plus extra for decoration)
  • Buttercream frosting ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened; 4 cups powdered sugar; ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat sugar, eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until just mixed; fold in crushed Oreos.
  5. Divide batter between the prepared pans and bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cakes cool completely before frosting with buttercream and decorating with extra Oreos.
