  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic.

  3. Transfer seared thighs to the crockpot and sprinkle diced onion and minced garlic on top.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and thyme. Pour over chicken in the crockpot.
