  • 4 cups crushed Doritos (about 1 bag)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack mix)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tsp taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Mix in the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and taco seasoning until well combined.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos on the bottom, followed by half of the meat mixture and a generous layer of shredded cheese.
  5. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, finishing with cheese on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
