  • 8 large flour tortillas

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh cilantro (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
  2. Stir in cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and half of the red sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.

  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
