Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round 9-inch cake pans.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cream together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla and almond extracts.
  5. Gently fold in sour cream until blended.
