  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  2. Roll mixture into uniform meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; brown meatballs for 4-5 minutes per batch.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over browned meatballs and simmer for 10-15 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Place one meatball in each slider bun, top with mozzarella cheese, and broil at 400°F for 3-5 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with extra marinara on the side.
