  • 2 tbsp white or yellow miso paste
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix miso paste, soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until glossy.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place marinated salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
