  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey (preferably raw)
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for sautéing)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, orange juice, honey, garlic, and ginger. Marinate chicken in this mixture for at least 15 minutes.
