1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs (room temperature)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together oats, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
