Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw unsalted pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons refined coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Measure and optionally shell the raw pistachios.
  2. In a food processor, blend the pistachios until they form small crumbs (about 30 seconds).
  3. Add honey (or maple syrup) and coconut oil; blend for 1-2 minutes until creamy.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract and salt; blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
