Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add oil, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
