  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gradually add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt; mix until just combined.
