  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb Italian sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1/2 cup sautéed onions
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a one-inch border around the edges.

  5. Starting from one long end, roll the dough tightly into a log shape and pinch seams to seal.
