  • 24 ladyfingers (savoiardi)

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Brew the espresso and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until smooth.
  3. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso; layer half in an 8×8 dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
