  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, honey or brown sugar, and lemon juice until well combined.
  4. Pour the marinade over the chicken thighs, tossing to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken in a single layer in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
