  • 1 cup tomatoes (fresh or canned), optional

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion, bell peppers, and garlic.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until translucent (3-4 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic and bell peppers; cook until fragrant.
