Iced chai tea latte is a refreshing blend of spiced black tea and creamy milk, perfect for warm days or cozy moments. Ingredients

  • 4 black tea bags (Assam or Darjeeling)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger (freshly grated or powdered)
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 2 tbsp sweetener (honey, sugar, or maple syrup)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and steep the black tea bags with spices for about 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags and stir in your sweetener until dissolved. Adjust sweetness to your liking.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Pour in the milk into the cooled spiced tea mixture, stir well, and serve over ice cubes in tall glasses.
  5. Garnish with extra cinnamon if desired.
