  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef brisket
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 cups assorted fresh vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms)
  • 1 tbsp Korean chili paste (Gochujang)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sugar in a bowl. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Place sliced brisket in a zip-top bag, pour the marinade over it, ensuring all slices are coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (ideally overnight).
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove excess marinade from the meat and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Grill the vegetables separately for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  6. Garnish grilled meat with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with warm rice or lettuce leaves.
