  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
